I rarely doubt there has been a time in
my life that I have not thought about strength in one form or another. I
never retarded the notion to that of only a physical display, but
wanted to master the ideal in an emotional extent too.
I grew up
with larger than life figures that molded my perceptions of manhood and
guided my dreams to the weight room. I have never turned back. I never
was forced to do this. I chose this path because I wanted to be
complete, inside and out.

TEMPO! TEMPO! TEMPO! Part 1.
Feet planted
firm. Thrust with the glutes and while doing so, drag the weight up and allow
for total momentum to help carry the bar upwards before finishing off the repetition.
Drop the weight back to starting point and repeat again until you can no longer
perform anymore Bicep curls – SORRY WHAT?

TICKING ALL THE BOXES
BENCH: 170kg / 374.8lb
DEEP SQUAT: 200kg / 440.9lb
DEADLIFT: 240kg / 529.1lb
Those
are some impressive stats, what's even more impressive is the fact that
Morne is an all natural beast - and by natural, I mean that I've seen
the guy take in maybe 1 or 2 protein shakes in the entire time that I've
known him. I'm pretty sure, in his presence, your testosterone jumps.
